Injuries | Why I Quit Weightlifting
During a recent Upper Body workout (Day 2 of 4 | Week 3 of 5) of my 25 Minute Circuit Training Routine #TheEveryDaySweat - a preexisting shoulder blade injury forced me completely change my workout routine for that day & now the weeks that followed.
I used this as an opportunity to share why I quit working out the way I used to & to explain why I created my 25 Minute Circuit Training routine #TheEveryDaySweat
I'll always continue to workout while managing different aches, pains & injuries throughout the year.
#TheEveryDaySweat workout videos I'll be publishing at the start of 2026 will include "Low Intensity Workout Variations" like the movements I performed on this day.
