How to do a Pull-Up or Chin-Up!
Want to train your body to do a pull-up or a chin-up? Here are four moves to master to help you get there!
I've said it before and I'll say it again, pull-ups are NOT 'impossible'...
"I can't do it"... "no way am I doing that"... is what I hear all the time from my clients. I get it, they are HARD! But you CAN train yourself to do them!
What IS 'impossible', is trying a pull-up for the first time without putting the work in before to strengthen the right muscles!
So if you 'can't do a pull-up' - here are four moves to master that will help you get there!
... all you need is a bench & a bar, and some practice.
