Recorded live in Spain during Loreena’s summer 2024 tour of Europe, 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙙 is an audio vérité soundboard recording of a complete 20-song show from that tour, captured in stereo directly from the mixing desk located in the venue front-of-house. Other than the mastering and editing work needed in order for us to offer the listeners an optimum listening experience, this album comes as close as you can get to the live performance as it sounded at the “Noches del Botánico” festival on that balmy Mediterranean night.
Available in two editions, this release in its physical form is strictly limited and exclusive to customers of the official Loreena McKennitt store.

Loreena is about to release two singles which were the encores at her original performance of 𝙐𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝘼 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙣 seasonal concert in 2021. They’ll be available Nov. 21 as a limited-edition seven-inch vinyl single featuring the popular hymn about love and global peace, “𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁,” and the rustic English song “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴,” which celebrates the New Year and is sung in wassail style, with the entire band joining in.
The newly-released encore songs will also be available to digital services Nov. 21st and 𝙐𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝘼 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙣 will be re-uploaded in an expanded edition with the two songs included.
Loreena first performed 𝙐𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝘼 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙣 in a historic church sanctuary, where it was recorded and later released as her 16th album in 2022 – but without the encore songs included. Dubbed ‘a love letter to the season,’ the performance is a mixture of music and spoken word that weaves together Celtic, Indigenous and Welsh cultures.

In this never-before-released video, Loreena performs Good King Wenceslas live in a historic church sanctuary in December 2021, close to the winter solstice. It was part of a magical seasonal concert of carols and tales and it became her 16th album, Under A Winter’s Moon. The album is is available in CD and vinyl format from the artist’s store and select retailers, as well as from your favourite digital music service.
