Hello everyone,

I’m writing to you today with immense excitement and a full heart: between July 10th to 12th, the very first Re-Imagine Peace Festival will officially open in Florence, Italy!

It is no coincidence that Florence, the capital of Tuscany, was chosen as the first station on our remarkable journey.

Following a warm and personal invitation to our artistic team from the Mayor of Florence, Ms. Sara Funaro, we are coming to a city that more than any other symbolizes the Renaissance, the transformative power of art, and a deep historical commitment to Peace.

For us, this marks the beginning of a global movement. From here, we intend to continue to every corner of the world, wherever doors and hearts are open, sharing our vision:

Israelis and Palestinians who believe in peace, work tirelessly to find a resolution to the conflict, and are committed to creating a shared future based on equality, mutual respect, and security for all.

What awaits you in Florence?

Over three intensive days, we will offer the public a unique series of events and opportunities to meet leading artists and peace activists up close through cultural experiences, including film, music, and people-to-people encounters. One highlight will be a large concert at the Anfiteatro delle Cascine, where dozens of Israeli, Palestinian, and local artists will come together on a single stage to perform in the universal language we all share.

Together with her longstanding musical collaborator Gil Dor, accomplished musician and co-founder of the Rimon School of music, Noa has released 15 international albums and graced many of the world's most important and prestigious stages like Carnegie Hall and the White House and has performed for three Popes. She has been mentored by Pat Metheny and Quincy Jones and shared the stage with legends such as Stevie Wonder, Andrea Bocelli and Sting.

In addition to her prolific musical activity, Noa is considered Israel's most prominent cultural advocate of dialogue and co-existence, her "Voice of Peace".

Among her many awards is Commander of Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, one of Italy's highest honors, Pilgrim of Peace from The Franciscan order in Assisi (awarded in the past to Bill Gates and Mother Theresa), and the Christal Award from the World Economic Forum. Noa is Israel's first ambassador to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and is active as board-member and public advocate of a score of Human Rights and Peace organizations in Israel and abroad.

An exciting and uplifting performance of the iconic protest song "Bella Ciao" in Farsi (Persian), Hebrew and English as performed in the People's Peace Summit that took place April 30th in Tel Aviv, organized by the incredible women and men of It׳s Time أجا الوقت הגיע הזמן coalition!!
On stage, the stunning Nur Darwish, Rana Choir מקהלת ראנה جوقة رانة with Idan Toledano , and a whole Batucada of drummers donning the protest t-shirts of a dozen different kick - ass organization, lead by the wonderful Doron Refaeli!! Wow!! the idea to have the drummers on stage was Gil Dor s!!
